First of all, this product should be listed as a tote bag only. It's huge - too big for a purse or handbag. Second, it has an awful smell which is very strong even through the plastic it was wrapped in when I received it. NOT shipped in a box, just black plastic. Thirdly, although it clearly states that "all our products come with a 6-month free return and replacement guarantee", the return would not be free and would cost almost the same as the bag. I ordered this bag, it came pretty quickly. It didn't look anything like the photos, more like snake skin than a leopard. The worst thing is that the smell is terrible. update: finally got it back. Unfortunately I aired it outside for 10 days, cleaned it with leather cleaner, stuffed it with a towel to dry. Nothing helped.
