I bought this because it said it was easy to connect to a light stand, but I couldn't find any adapters that would connect it to my standard light stands. Also it seems to be of good quality but I haven't really used it.

At first I wasn't sure how the clip would work as there were no instructions in the kit but I just started rotating it on part of the screen, and he turned well . it's strong enough to restrain my big fat Kate. I don't know what everyone else is complaining about, but it's perfect and works well.

I've wanted a clamp that could hold a reflector for me for a long time (as I ride solo a lot) and have been looking for something like this for a number of years. the thing is great. My only complaint is that it was difficult to screw the mount to the clamp handle. But once I figured out what to do and put it on, it became very strong and stable. First, the clip has four holes at the bottom that are meant to be screwed into the mount, but they are unthreaded. So, with due care, you can force the clamp tight. Of course, it becomes easy to strip or cut the hole so the clamp doesn't stay in place. There's no way to screw it tight enough that it won't move.
