This is a good fit but not great. The spout is too wide and will bother you if you don't adjust it to your liking. It feels soft but not that soft when you sit on it. It can be an inch wider in the seat area and narrower in the nose. Then it might be 5 stars. Better for a cruiser than a training situation. The Mango Super Cruiser is better, but it can make you really happy compared to the seat that comes with most bikes.
