They have been incredibly helpful in every step of our sales process right from prospect identification to lead conversion, etc! The support is prompt as well; I've received updates throughout each stage with my questions or concerns (as they arise). There isn't much that we dislike about their service thus far - it has helped us tremendously over time so everything seems like an improvement at this point for me :) Hopes are high because these guys were recommended by another social media / CRM

I love that you can use it to create multiple types of content, including blog posts, webinars/webinar recordings, etc. It's easy for people who aren't techy or don't know how to code to figure out as well! I love that they are able to find prospects who may not be using social media, but have an interest in what your business does! It's easy for me as their rep is always available via chat or email when needed so we can get our questions answered quickly!!
