After buying a half helmet for the summer, this additional communication system allows me to easily exchange the Sena communication module between helmets. Installation on the LS2 helmet was easy. Please note that you need a Sena communication unit to use this half helmet system.

I was missing a few important parts. I contacted Sena on their website and they were not helpful at all. Apparently their policy is to force you to email the "Agent 3" support agent until you just give up. This is my second bad service experience with them and I will probably leave the brand the next time I shop for this reason.

The clamp was fairly easy to install although instructions would have been nice. There are a few extra items, apparently for other helmets. I've found that you get the best sound with the earbuds as there really wasn't room for the headphones in my half helmet. Saves $ by not having to purchase a separate Sena device. I could use one from my other helmet.

This is exactly what I expected but the adhesive keeps coming off a little but never completely. I think this is because the mounting plate is slightly different from the shape of our helmets. The wind noise through the driver's microphone is terrible. He REALLY needs a thicker windproof sock, which I'll probably buy once I figure out how thick I can get one. I tried 2 socks from the kit stacked on top of each other. It got better, but still not much.

It had everything I needed and lots of material for many possible mounts to mount my SENA on my FOX V1 motorcycle helmet. The main unit mount clips don't fit my specific FOX helmet so I had to use 3M VHB tape (the same used to mount GoPro mounts) to make it work. The microphone and speakers are high quality and there are plenty of velcro and stickers in this kit for custom installation.

I have this mount on three different helmets: Shoei 3/4, Nolan N40-5 3/4 and Gmax Full Face. Nolan's the only one I've had to use an adhesive brace on. Adhesive Mount - Make sure it is mounted low enough to allow access to the mount screws and microphone screw if needed. I just put on adhesive braces, they are unforgiving so plan well! Time will tell if the glue brace option works as well as the screw brace. I'm a fan of Sena communicators, so I assume the sticky option would work well too.

Nobody wants to spend money on poor quality products these days and I am no exception. I read many reviews before purchasing the Sena 20s. All the negatives mostly related to the sound. When I bought the Sena 20s I put them on top of my old Scorpion EXO 500. The EXO 500 makes a bit of wind noise, and when on the phone with my girlfriend, I kept having to ask her to speak up.
