Not what was expected!

The product wrings out with clean water when rinsing the mop but the mop is dirty leaving a film on the floor. The drying system doesn't work very well either...when you rinse the mop you have to pull it up to drain the excess water and the mop doesn't really dry.

What a mop! for household items

Very easy to use. The square head corners well. I bought it to clean vinyl floors with a pH neutral solution. I did a quick test mop and I'm definitely a fan. The pad collects everything and then a few clicks on the bucket and it's clean. Dirty water separates well from clean water, and it takes a little more preparation than using a wet wipe.

Mop and bucket include a total of 2 machine washable microfiber washcloths. Dirty water and clean water are completely separated for clean water. The rotating mop can be adjusted in height to do everything while standing, so your back is very comfortable. Since the mop handle can be detached and placed in a bucket, it can be stored compactly without worrying about where it goes. I am happy to use it every day to dehydrate my skin without getting my hands dirty.
