Type of review

I like how easy this program is for employees who are new or not familiar with computer programs, such as myself! It's very simple but powerful at the same time which makes things easier when we're trying to create work orders (or any type of order). Sometimes there could be better ways/features added into certain sections within servicedesk so more options would make life even smoother. Also sometimes some areas don't have many features available yet because its still being developed by other
