Warm but not to the touch

My son is a size 5 and the slippers are 5-6 so I expected them to be a bit larger although they are very soft without leaving much space between the top of the foot and the opening so they are snug but slip easy off. They still have room to grow, they seem comfortable, but the floor is very slippery, he often slips and falls in, he thinks it's better to wear sticky socks, but they keep his feet warm.

Style=cute, quality=poor but customer service was great

These were very cute slippers but they didn't fit my grandson at all. One of them was much wider than the other, a clear manufacturing defect. They also turned out a bit large, although there was no defect. The company gave a quick refund on my return and didn't require the slippers to be mailed, hence the three stars.

The platform is like slippery

Bought for my 2 year old who loves Elmo only to be disappointed! Slippers sit on an extra layer of whatever material they're made of, like they're platform shoes (think Spice Girls), and the little dots that are supposed to make them slip-resistant don't exist. They're just a dot pattern on the bottom because they don't provide traction. Because of the platform, my son's legs slid back and forth when he tried to walk and he almost fell face down, luckily his grandmother was there to catch him…
