These chairs are nice. However, they are a nightmare to put together. We ordered four and it took two people about three hours to get them together. One box had no instructions. Fortunately, the second box had them -- otherwise, they might never have gotten built correctly.

Chairs are pretty, quality not great, but for the price what can you expect. Opening the package was a total nightmare. Had to destroy the box to open it. Hardware missing two washers, instructions are opaque, even misleading, and nowhere do they mention that you absolutely need a Phillips screwdriver to assemble the chairs. But okay—this is par for the course, right? I usually enjoy putting things together, but these were quite a challenge for one person—get someone to help you. But all this…

Have to put together and after 3 hours we just gave up since we had zero pieces put together. The chair rails have to be put into the back and there are about 10 and every time you flip the chair after you get the rails in they fall out even with the glue. We shipped back!

Do not buy this product. It is cheap, comes completely not assembled. Even the sticks for the chairs has to be put together. Once put together the product is wobbly. Very unstable chairs and cheap.

Great sturdy chairs that were easy to assemble. A few spots where paint was rubbed off but easily fixed with a sharpee. Otherwise would have been five stars. Fast shipping. Good packaging. Nice chairs!

One rail split and one bolt stripped. Have called company. We'll see. First one took a bit of elbow grease. Make sure the tall legs are in front or it will toss you out. It matches the seat and height of our more expensive ones. Won't really be used a lot but it completes the set!

Terrible assembly. Stickers that are supposed to guide you through the assembly are on the wrong parts. Holes don't align up when putting together. After they are finally put together and you have pulled most of your hair out, that is when you realize how uncomfortable the chairs are. The chairs make you lean forward. It's great if you don't want your family sitting around the dinner table for too long. Don't buy.

Did not realize I had to assemble. Very difficult and messy with glue. Lining the rungs up was a nightmare. Took us an hour to do the first one. My husband did the others faster but didn't follow the directions so. Sturdy enough but the backs are super straight so not very comfortable. Wish I had paid another 100 bucks for less headache.

I bought two of these chairs in July, which are rarely used. One of them is already split right down the middle. I would not recommend buying these. There was only a 30 day return policy, and they weren't cheap chairs.

One of maybe 2 or three products that I have returned to amazon over the past several years. Horrble!. None of the holes were the right size for the hoop ends or the spindles. Finish was worn off in several places. Impossible to put together without a small army.

I bought these to replace 10 year old chairs from Christmas Tree which were gorgeous and well made. These are ugly, uncomfortable, poorly made and in a killing pieces. I have rebuilt motors and made furniture from scratch., this was more of a pain in the a** than all of it combined. Do not waste your time or money. Go to overstock or somewhere else and get decent chairs. These are awful.

The labels on the base were placed incorrectly so the time to assemble was very long. there were two washers missing . chairs look fine but disappointed with assembly

This was the worse item ever ordeted from Walmart. Some parts were not included and the workmanship was not up to par. I was sick and unable to follow up with this . This was a waste of my money.

These chairs arrived completely disassembled, which was a surprise, since I thought they would be partially assembled. That did not turn out to be a problem. However, all of the black pieces arrived with the paint scraped off in various places, and all will require touch ups to look really nice. This is difficult because I don't have the matching paint, and don't know how to get ahold of it. So a potentially really nice set becomes just "okay."
