The color of these (green) is very nice and hard to find. The flame "dances" very fast. It makes an odd shadow on the wall that takes away from the realism. The candle seems to have a faulty battery connection because it goes off randomly, but will relight if the candle is shaken or tapped. Not worth the high price tag.

Flameless candles add a really nice ambience to a room without the fire hazard and inconvenience of lighting a conventional candle every time. I already had a few Luminara candles and love them. I wanted more and went online and found a far cheaper alternative. When they arrived it was obvious they were junk. Very cheaply made and some didn't work. Did an revain return that was quick and easy, and went with the Luminara brand this time. Very pleased and won't make that mistake again.

Looks like a real candle except for the flame. Lights up pretty bright, remote works good and batteries required are the larger ones so the power works for longer than others I've had. Nice set for decorating.
