Sewing Essentials Scissor Threaded Needles Sewing Review

I was led to believe that the number of ropes would be more than the picture but I was wrong. It's basically ten needles and a tiny bundle of rope each (maybe 3 feet). If they had mentioned it in the description instead of making me believe it was a lot more rope (it's quite thick which is my problem) I wouldn't have bought it. I was so lucky to have this travel kit. I have a lot of trouble with squats so I thought this would be perfect. I used it last night to fix my sleeve. I used black thread - firstly, there was very little thread on the needle. The needle was so thick I could barely pull it through the SILK fabric. I'm not a big fan of sewers, but I know there must be thinner needles. I was very disappointed with the whole set. The only thing I liked was the scissors. Don't worry, you will be disappointed!
