yes it is expensive Yes, UMMV. But add me to the "Seemed to work! " crowd.

Frankly, without a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, it's impossible to know if something really works. There are always other factors at play. *And* each person's physiology is individual. However, I've struggled with my itchy, crusty scalp for literally as long as I can remember. I have literally tried countless different products. This stuff really seems to have made a difference.
