This grinder provides a perfectly even grind. It is very easy to use and saves time. Fill the funnel, turn to your preferred grind setting (we use 4 for espresso shots and 7 for our standard drip brew) and press the button. Our grist container cracked. I contacted customer service to purchase a replacement part and they kindly replaced the entire grinder under warranty. That's great. Most warranties do not cover damage.
