Just arrived. Spent a lot of time installing it. It didn't work at all. I called tech support. I went through the standard call center checklist. No help. Arrange a service call. Nobody showed up or called. Revan was beyond praise. They immediately sent a replacement, didn't have to send the broken one back first. The second works, let's see how much. Sharp 0 stars for quality control and 3 stars for service because the second one works. Revine 10 stars.

This microwave worked exactly once! Now it works, but no food is heated. I spoke to Sharp three times on the phone. I made an appointment at a local repair shop, they gave me a 2 hour window - I have 1/2 day off, no one showed up, no one called. I called again and the empathic rep said he couldn't reach anyone locally. He tried to explain that the garage didn't open until 8:30 - I told him it was 8:45 in Florida. - then more excuses. I still can't get anyone to call back or come out to watch…

We bought this microwave to complete our newly installed island and had high hopes for it. We liked the look and the top accessible control panel. I'm not sure we'd ever really use the Alexa integration or the app, and the wave to open is pretty tricky to activate.
