This microwave worked exactly once! Now it works, but no food is heated. I spoke to Sharp three times on the phone. I made an appointment at a local repair shop, they gave me a 2 hour window - I have 1/2 day off, no one showed up, no one called. I called again and the empathic rep said he couldn't reach anyone locally. He tried to explain that the garage didn't open until 8:30 - I told him it was 8:45 in Florida. - then more excuses. I still can't get anyone to call back or come out to watch. For now I will sue. Do not buy this microwave.
