I bought this without listening to another review that said it was shiny, well it is shiny. I have fair skin and it made me look like one of the Wizard of Oz characters. Not only was it shiny, it rolled off on the dry patches of my face and looked really weird. Smells great and otherwise feels good. Maybe I applied too much. If you use it lightly and apply foundation over it, you might be fine. I don't use foundation so it doesn't work for me.

I really like this product. It moisturizes my face while providing a good primer before applying makeup. I quickly found that I needed to apply less than I had initially used, but soon found the right amount. He also provided the proper lighting to give me a healthy glow.

After trying this delicious smelling Senegal Senegalese Daytime Facial Moisturizer with Coconut Milk I was delighted to find this product. Unfortunately, instead of a pleasant smell, it smells slightly metallic. The product I received was also very thick and was peeling off the sides of the container as if it were an old product. The luminous part is more of a pearlescent luster than a pleasing shimmering luster. Definitely disappointed and will likely return.
