Description of Shepherd Hardware 9672 Threaded Diameter

2-inch diameter twin wheel black plastic swivel caster with threaded stem mount. 5/16-inch x 1-inch threaded stem with adjustable clearance height of 2-1/4-inches or more. 75-lb load capacity per caster. Twin wheels allow for more surface area in contact with the floor and move in opposite directions to minimize carpet fiber twisting - commonly found on RTA furniture, office chairs and entertainment centers. Includes 1 caster.

Disappointed in stock Rolls

I ordered 16 rolls and 15 were correct. A roller had the wrong shaft and the return cost was more than the individual value.

Great Wheels: Casters

Just what I needed to fix my dad's office chair. The 5/16" screw fits perfectly and I'm so glad I was able to order one to try and then 4 more when it worked!

Success on the first try! The best off the shelf Castors

The castors were needed to renovate mobile storage for kitchen utensils. Wheels specifically for the device were no longer manufactured. These reels had more weight and a little extra which was a plus. All I had to do was trim the threaded posts and buy 4 matching nuts and washers to attach them and the threads were US standard not metric which made finding the nuts easier.
