Bad luggage handle sleeve design, no inner zip pocket

I have two original versions, bought them about 5 years ago, 4/5 stars (but not 5/5 as there is no bag lock inside). These original bags had a separate "sleeve" for the luggage handle, separate from the pocket that holds the backpack straps. Great design. However, current models use the same pocket for backpack straps and luggage handle. This doesn't work at all, especially when the bag is full, as pushing the handle through the bag will cause the backpack's straps to pop out (up) or get…

Amazingly designed unisex bag very versatile not too big we use it for a diaper bag

This is a fantastically designed bag. I don't know why it's called "women" as it's also perfect for men. My wife and I use it as a diaper bag for our little one because we couldn't agree on how to carry it. I like shoulder bags, she likes traditional backpacks. The best water bottle pockets in a business backpack

I have been looking for years for a practical laptop backpack that is more business and casual than a student backpack. This bag has the best water bottle pockets I've seen in a work bag/backpack. They keep my 24 ounce thermos safe even with my laptop in it. The laptop bag is perfect for a 13" laptop. I love that I can wear it as a bag or backpack, especially when wearing an oversized coat. I bought this bag primarily for grad school. Go from home to work and then straight to school in most cases. It is elegant and looks very professional. What I like best is that it can be carried in three different ways (messenger bag, backpack, shoulder bag). The top small handles are also nice, solid and don't get in the way.
