It was sent from the UK but arrived fairly quickly. Good quality and easy to install and I'm not a bike mechanic. The chain whip helps to remove the existing cassette. YouTube has great installation videos. Turning on the cassette seems smoother. I didn't think my old cassette was worn out, but there must have been more wear than I thought.

Great value bought for a trip through Virginia. However, the thing whimpers like a baby in a dirty diaper on large screws. It hums, rattles and whistles, especially after an hour or so in the sun or a few miles downhill, which requires higher gears, but mostly 24. Performance-wise, this is a good cassette, just incredibly loud.
