Perfect. It was a big surprise that changed the way I pedal. I will never regret the money spent. Although I would spend a lot more here in Brazil.

I bought men's shoes although I am a woman. These are great shoes, but if you want to wear thicker socks when skiing, go up a size. I use mine for spinning. I use Look Delta clamps, but you can use SPD as well.

The size chart for this product is misleading, I ordered a size 44 which according to the size chart is a US size 11 shoe but it is not. The shoes were too small for me and I had to send them back. I didn't have a chance to try them on a walk to judge the quality of the shoes.
