Very cute but yes you have to assemble it yourself and trim the ends to make tassels. A great deal if you have the time/energy. Otherwise, you will spend money on finished products.

Big nice banner. The gold tassels are quite fragile, but I only lost one strand. It comes with a drawstring and a thin band to secure them, so it's nice. All parts are there. Very happy with the results. This is a large size.

Sooo cute! The only assembly I had to do was thread the lace through the tassels. Sometimes you had to use duct tape to keep them in place, but no big deal as they combined the theme and saved them for the next birthday! The next day a set was left out in the rain and the tassels survived. It looks a little wrinkled but can still be used.

I am so glad I bought this. After reading the review I wasn't sure if it was worth it because it cost more than I wanted to spend. But it is well packaged with clear instructions, tape and hanging string. Contains 4 pieces of each color. and just looks like a douche. The assembly took longer than I expected. almost an hour. but bright and beautiful.

This is a great deal if you can get it for what I paid (eleven dollars) or less. You have to assemble the tassels yourself, but honestly it's not that difficult. just a little time. For twice the price, there are many sellers on sites like Etsy who will prepackage and manufacture them for you. It all boils down to the fact that you're more interested in saving time or money. They turned out very cute and I am happy with my purchase.

They are good upon completion. But take my advice and start collecting them days before the party. Each thread must be separated. Since it's basically a cloth wrap, the thread is guaranteed to snap if you try to cut it by working too fast. It took my friend and I about 3 hours to properly assemble a strand. Also, gold and pink (the best colors) only have ONE leaf each. So each of these two colors looks much thinner than the other.
