Beautiful colors on paper and paper crafts
Sooo cute! The only assembly I had to do was thread the lace through the tassels. Sometimes you had to use duct tape to keep them in place, but no big deal as they combined the theme and saved them for the next birthday! The next day a set was left out in the rain and the tassels survived. It looks a little wrinkled but can still be used.
