The product came to me with a lot of small rhinestones that had fallen off and were loose in the packaging. Both frames and screw covers didn't have them, and as for screw covers, only one of them came with actual "bling" on the cover. The rest was just black plastic. not well packaged, seemed cheap. When I opened the package, a few small black pieces fell out.

The number plates themselves are very nice and of good quality. However, the quality of the shiny screw caps is not that good. When we opened them, two of the jeweled caps fell off and two more broke off when we were putting them on the car. We tried to glue them with super glue but then they fell apart. Otherwise a nice product. If the screw caps were of higher quality, I would give the product 5 stars.

I received a very nice one and looked perfect. Another had gems falling off as soon as I opened the package. Even the way the gems were glued together is careless and not a very good glue was used. I tried regluing the ones that came loose, but even then I was missing some and other gems were glued a little crooked. It's cute and you can probably buy some gems to fix it, but I wasn't too impressed with one. So there is a 50/50 chance you will get good products or not.

I don't know about other states outside of the West Coast, but our tags/stickers are in the bottom corners of our plates, not the top. This framework is actually turned upside down for such records. It didn't hit me when I bought them, but it certainly did when I fitted the frames to my car. I had to drill holes in the top of the frames so I could use them with my panels. This was an easy fix for me as I have the tools for it, but BEWARE if you don't have a drill! In general I like the look. I…
