Really a fantastic printer; It was my first thermal printer that I bought. It was packaged well, you just install the driver (supplied on CD), plug it in and let it work. I use Shopify and just changing the settings makes printing shipping labels very fast and very easy.

Everything was fine when unpacked. The barcode quality was a little lame. Not very warm outside where it should be. Worked well with our Win10 computer.
