Great resource for recruiting/HR services

I like that they have great customer service! They are always available to help solve any problems we may be having with our interview process or hiring in general. It is hard finding companies who will take time out of their day to talk about how things work over email instead of just getting straight into it face to face without hesitation. We've been able to get so much done by communicating via emails which has saved us tons of money since this was something we were struggling doing before…

  • Fast Response Time for inquiries made through phone call / chat support (even during holidays)
Cons
  • Not easy enough/fast learning curve
  • No online training courses

Excellent platform for sourcing and screening candidates

I have used this software to help me screen resumes in my organization with great success! It is easy enough that even non technical people are able use it effectively without any training or support from employees of their own department who may be more familiar/comfortable using other platforms like LinkedIn etc.. The only thing i dislike about SLHR's softwares (aside form cost) would probably being limited by its data restrictions if your account has been inactive longer than 24 months…

Pros
  • No costly upgrades required ever unlike Microsoft word programs ! Very user friendly interface , fast search results retrieval speed too compared all competitors' similar products currently offering comparable features ; plus very affordable

  • Almost everything is ok
