Shock Doctor GelMax Flavor Strapless Review

Perfect for my 7 year old son to play lacrosse, this is the second time he uses this product (last year had a different taste). The mild flavor encourages her to wear it, and the ability to customize it through cooking keeps it in place. However, they end up chewing these things for a season.

My son likes the lemon/lime taste but this mouth guard is very soft and chewed through after two soccer games. I wish it was a little harder to hold out longer. He is 8 years old but is an adult size as reviews say it runs small - glad it fits in his mouth (he has a bigger mouth for his age).

All Shock Doctor mouthguards are of good quality and fit well. It's the only brand my two hockey players want. I have an 11 year old and an 8 year old and the youth size fits both. My 8 year old loves the flavored ones but my 11 year old doesn't care.

I have 8 year old twins who play lacrosse and hockey. One chews a mouthguard and the other doesn't. This is a great kappa for those who don't chew. It's comfortable and he never complains about it and he loves that it's flavored. It was easy and suited him well. The gum destroyed it after the second use. We've had good luck with him on some of the tougher kappas like Under Armor.
