Works great, can breathe very well and speak very easily on the pitch. Pretty minimalistic which is nice. Feels very high quality. Can't play without it.

the picture is very deceptive. I needed a fully clear face mask for the job and the one I received had the word 'shock' written on the front. It also has a green color on the molars.

I've tried a few regular $5-$10 mouth guards but they always seem too bulky to me. This one is thinner and lighter. The pouring instructions are a bit confusing, but after heating it twice everything seemed to work fine.

It won't snag on upper teeth like bulkier mouthguards. This mouthguard has a very low profile and slim fit, allowing less material to fit over the teeth resulting in a looser fit. I got annoyed at how often it blew off my teeth and threw it away after the first use.

A temperature scale is included to help you measure the water while fitting. They are told to wait until the temperature is just below the 150 mark. Well I boiled the water and the bar never read more than 130 which I found odd but I followed the instructions and melted the mouthguard. spend $20.

I wanted a new mouthguard with more breathability and comfort, so I got this one. it's not that great. The fit is snug, if the water is too hot it will shrink, if not hot enough it won't form properly. Once you've adjusted it, it just won't be very comfortable. It took a lot of effort to get it working properly and overall it wasn't what I was hoping for in hockey.

Easy to breathe but comes at a price. In my opinion, this does not offer sufficient protection for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I was hit in the jaw and my teeth chattered for about a week and a half because the mouthguard didn't have enough cushioning to absorb the impact. My teeth are still intact but I will opt for a more protective mouthguard instead. This might be fine for sports where hard contact with the teeth is less likely, but for wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu I would look elsewhere.
