I have not dropped my phone, but the case does seem like it would protect it. I happy with the purchased. The clear plastic on the front and back does show finger prints, but that does not bother me. I have not tried the finger print reader, but I have no problem with the touch screen when in the case, very sensitive and works great. Works great on the wireless charger also. I would buy it again.

This case is very well made and Super strong. The fingerprint scanner works great out of the box without any problems. I did run into a problem when I had to remove the protective screen protector, but I have solved the problem and I would like to share the solution with you. Love these cases, but our finger reader sticker had a bubble in it that wouldn't go away. Pulled it off. Now, of course, the ginger reader can't work. Is it possible to get replacement stickers?

I do you like this case, but it doesn’t work with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner it all so please keep in mind that This kind of case normally won’t work with your fingerprint scanner. I was really disciplined it when I find out doesn’t really work well with my fingerprint scanner. I won’t recommend to buy this case if you care about the fingerprint scanner!.

I had issues with my my s21 fingerprint sensor . Poetic customer service was great and super fast . They sent new case next day without any qns . Now I put on new case . Great Experience. Love those companies who take care customers.

Everything was solid except for the color. I had picked blue but what the vendor doesn't tell you is overall the case is still black other than the bevel color. The rest of the color is just a sticker that you put on the back of your phone.Would have been five stars if this was made clear upfront as I might have gone with a different brand.Overall though serves its purposes and arrived ahead of time so kudos!

Good case but finger print reading dont work. Also i order a blue case and i got a black case and it look like it was used also and i pay for a new case.

I drop my phone on a daily basis and this case has protected it. The fingerprint reader works fine. My only issue is the from screen protector scratches so easily. I this case a second time thinking it was from being in my purse but it's not. I deal with it because I like the case so much but will probably have to replace it again in the future.

The fingerprint reader was not covered therefore it was dirty prior to trying to put it on. I had to end up using the frame that did not have A cover on it and I'm in the process of looking for something that will fit within the frame to cover my glass. I really do not like those fingerprint readers they so easily get dirty while trying to put it on the phone. In the end just straight plastic without the sticky would have been much better.

Case if good as long as you have no intention of using the Fingerprint Reader. I did purchase a separate protector for the rear camera - which is good as I can see where it was protected from a scratch. The multiple cameras on the rear, really need more protection than any of the cases I have tried or seen so in comparison this offers the same as everything else.Good case, just not good for Fingerprint Reader use

I really like this case. I have dropped my phone when it slipped out of my hands and landed face down. When I went to check it everything worked perfectly and not even a scratch on the phone. I highly recommend this case for anyone looking for a good case.

The fingerprint reader should be gotten rid of, as it's essentially useless and only traps oils from the skin when cleaning the screen, which leaves a residue that won't go away on the phone's actual screen over time. It would be better for the fingerprint reader to either be done away with or just a full opening in the screen in order for it to work.
