Well done. Best of Nozzles and Brushes

Perfect for my ShopVac. It's versatile and gives me everything I need to clean carpets and smooth floors. I plan to use this for heavy duty cleaning like basement and garage floors. The bristle option on the vacuum head allows me to dust the floor after vacuuming up heavier debris with the smooth floor option on the head.

Pros
  • Not just useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

But something else. or tape brush fin.

After reading many reviews that it is poorly constructed and that the bush flipper closes on its own I should not have bought it. This happened all the time so I had to tape it up. Then why 3 stars? After using duct tape it does a pretty good job. I'm just sure there is a better product out there for this price.

But it fits. - Vacuums and floor care products

This product, as labeled, is perfect for my Shop-Vac Ez. It is also suitable for bare floors. Fails miserably on carpets. The brushes get stuck in the stack and the part that connects to the hose is thrown forward over the part that touches the ground so you can't push it forward. To vacuum the carpet you have to move it from side to side. Since I received it to vacuum my carpets, I am very dissatisfied with this product. We will likely only use genuine Shop Vac parts in the future.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Paint not required

This is a great replacement for a vacuum head, but it's also...

This will definitely clean the carpet. It's a great part to replace the vacuum head, but it's also an angled part and that's all you get. SO you need to adjust your desire to reach forward to make it work and slide properly. Easily switch between hardwood and carpet. Even on carpet, the brushes reach far enough to clean the carpet a little. In my case a lot and because of the suction it is difficult to slide on the carpet. So it is better for a short pile rug than a medium or long pile rug.

  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

You can't do without it

I love this tool. The brushes spin easily for hard floor surfaces, and the carpet side glides easily yet picks up dust, lint, and pet hair like no other. People make fun of me for using the Shop Vac to clean my house, but it's far more efficient and versatile than those fancy, expensive vacuums. I have a small model so I just grab it by the handle when I want to vacuum things like window sills etc. There are many shop vacuum attachments out there - I even have one for computer dust. So if you…

Good and evil the best in vacuum cleaners and floor care

I've been using an old canister vacuum for many years. My biggest complaint was that on a powerful vacuum, the brushes aren't strong enough to keep the base of the vacuum off the floor - it'll just smash into the hard floor, which isn't what you want. Adding bristles to the sides seems to have solved this problem. However, they seem to be confusing two other functions that I find problematic. 1) The tool is now about 1/2 inch thicker so it won't go under my furniture like it used to. 2) The…
