This is a really reliable cable. The connections are heavy and the cable is thick. I used an app to measure the power dissipation in this cable and it was less than 2 milliamps (very low).

Pros: Very strong, durable Cons: USB sticks connected to this extender almost always fail and lose formatting. I had to reformat 3 flash drives because of this cable. Suitable for most other purposes.
