I have been in a cast for a full reverse shoulder replacement for over 6 months due to 2 surgeries plus 1 more coming up as my left left shoulder is still dislocated. This new sling is a godsend! I found the design would work better with a less stretchy strap. I understand the need for flexibility, but I was too stretched to raise my arm enough to take the weight off my shoulder. When trying to adjust it higher and tighter, the Velcro attachment point fell well on my back and required adjustment while removing it.
