I bought it in white because I thought it would go better with clothes - you can't wear it under clothes. It chafes terribly and my shoulders and armpits are covered in angry red spots. I just received this item and was very happy to try it based on the rave reviews I've read elsewhere. I sit at the computer all day and have excruciating pain behind my left shoulder blade.
