The mounting method of the shelves is terrible. It's literally just a damn rubber O-ring. How are they supposed to hold the shelf in place when water is bound to it? I couldn't return it as it was outside my return window. So I had to drill holes and insert stainless steel screws to hold the shelves in place. Wouldn't recommend at all. This item is not worth the $63 I paid before taxes. Buy something better and higher quality.

Overall I like this item. But the trays are held on the frame by compression by a small rubber washer. The tray moves down the rack and when it hits the rubber disk it shrinks against the disk and further down and stops moving. In theory. Actually it doesn't work very well. I have a shampoo bottle with a clip-on dispenser and the tray went down half an inch every time I used it. I've tried gluing the washer in place but to no avail. I'm not sure I'll try that next.
