Cute and handmade

This rattle is light, cute and very safe. I gave it to a newborn and his mother is not worried even if the child hits his head on him. The corners are rounded, the rings are beautiful! Beautifully handcrafted.

Beautiful and durable rattle.

Beautiful rattle! Not only is it a great toy, but also a wonderful family heirloom to be passed on to the children in the family. The wood is strong and very smooth. The rattles cannot come off. It's just a very happy little wooden teddy bear. It also comes in a great gift bag! Love it!

If you want to make a wooden baby rattle, make it like this.

Shaping and sanding the wood. Polish the wood with beeswax, which is safe and harmless. Use water-based paints without dangerous chemicals. Don't use plastic. The result is a family heirloom that will always be cherished. Oh, and make it in the shape of a smiling teddy bear!

not impressed for baby care

This is a great little toy but I'll get to that in a moment. I'm not impressed with the quality of workmanship on the toy itself. There were already markings on the back. I think it would be a great toy if the manufacturer paid more attention to detail. Especially with children's toys, you need to pay attention to how you make and finish the toy. Toys, chew, rub and scatter. Personally I would leave the wood damp and use a denser wood so it doesn't leave a mark if dropped. Overall I think itโ€ฆ

Almost perfect for teethers

Cute little handmade rattle, simple and sturdy and I would deduct half a point if possible because the side where the dowel holds the three colorful rattle discs hasn't been sanded and is so smooth finished the way I want it, right out of the little drawstring gift pouch. But this rough surface was patched up with fine sandpaper and a dab of varnish so I can attribute it to quality control. But other than that, the little teddy bear rattle is well made and perfect for the modern baby whoseโ€ฆ
