🎤 Shure BLX24/PG58-H9: High-Performance Wireless Handheld Dynamic Microphone System Review

I'm a jazz singer and this is my first wireless microphone. I was rehearsing with my band last week and was blown away by the sound of my voice coming out of this mic. Excellent purchase. I am very happy!

Excellent product. Works as it should. Brand new and ready to use with batteries. When first used, a professional auctioneer contaminated the microphone with bad breath. Use Lysol to kill nasty bacteria in your mouth. Or don't share your microphone.

So far so good with excellent connection, lost one star, maybe more in the future as the body is plastic not metal, indestructible SM58 style it seems and i was expecting The mics are dropped hoping it will survive for the money paid.

Unfortunately the device was defective out of the box. The microphone would not connect to the receiver. I was also unhappy with the design of the device. All plastic and feels great cheap, I expected better from Shure, now I'm looking to replace it with a model from Sennheiser Revain, which gave me a great refund.

I went through all the channel settings for this device, the reception is the same. I finally contacted the manufacturer and they did a frequency check for me and they told me that this model doesn't work well in South Florida because the TV and radio overlap frequency bands. So for this job I need to keep the mic and receiver less than 10 feet apart. So really wasted money for me. The sound quality is excellent.
