I preach at church and otherwise need a reliable microphone to match our sound system and this product is durable enough to withstand frequent and heavy use. It's cheaper than other options but delivers great sound.

Got this for our church when guest speakers are uncomfortable with the headset mic we have. It has much nicer sound quality than the last Lavalier we bought, although it's not as balanced as a headset. But overall very happy with this purchase.

The microphone does nothing, just a little hissing when connected. When I hooked up several other mics I made sure it wasn't my end, they all worked fine. Two stars because the packaging and build quality seem really good. I think they don't have final quality control in factory. Oh it's coming back

This was not clearly stated in the description (although the user manual and FAQ section are provided, this question is answered). You will need a TAF4 male to XLR male converter. Don't forget phantom power if your device doesn't support it.

I'm not a fan of lavalier mics, but this one works really well for us. When the pastor turns his head, the voice is still lost, but not much. It took me a couple of Sundays to get his EQ set as he was wearing an overhead mic, but now it sounds natural.

Good mic but certainly not the best. It does its job but sometimes gets interrupted during a call. We have verified that it is not a transmitter or a receiver - both work fine. It's also very difficult for him to understand the sound of my voice depending on how he's positioned. Much cheaper devices seem to pick up the sound better. In general it's good for the price. You get what you pay for.

We needed a very clear pickup to eliminate the directivity of the original lavalier mic that came with our Shure wireless system. This forced inexperienced speakers to strap the microphone back, as it was not easy to tell where the tie clip was covered with foam rubber. This microphone solved this problem and worked well with different users for many months.

I'm a wedding DJ. This is used with a BLX or SLX bodypack for the attendant's mic when I am providing audio for ceremonies. This microphone's omnidirectional pickup pattern is PERFECT for this situation; it usually captures the bride and groom reciting their vows while within feet of the cleric. Admittedly, it doesn't pick them up as well as a waiter, but it helps enough that guests can hear a "yes" through the speakers, and for that application I'd recommend it over the W93 or any other Shure.
