💧 SHURFLO 94-800-05 Pump Switch Assembly: Reliable and Efficient Water Pump Control Review

This caused the pump to not work well (low pressure, intermittent pauses). 5 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver and it works like new! The hardest part of the installation is removing the pump from the RV.

The new pressure switch was a direct replacement for this ShurFlo 4008-101-F65 pump. Easy to install (3 screws). A new switch membrane was included. $13 is better than $150 for a new pump!

Replaced by 3 screws. . Reconnect the cable and you're done. Or you can replace the pump for $150. If you can get 12 volts to the pump its 99% sure it's a pressure switch. Mine comes out about every two years, sometimes less often.

The pump switch assembly saved me from buying a new pump. It's been a long road, but the price was low enough to take the risk. I'm glad I took the risk! If your pump is having trouble operating and the wiggling of the wires causes the pump to turn on, even if it does intermittently, take this chance and buy a switch.

This worked for me. Everything matched. Just ask. You will receive the items in the picture. Spring and plunger are not included. Easy to install and doesn't drip at all. I haven't tried it, but I think the pressure can be adjusted. Used it today and it didn't leak.

Three stars for a working product but I lost two stars for having to plug it in. Luckily I had extra wire, but it would be inconvenient if I had to go to the store just to buy 6-8 inch thin copper wire. This product fits a 4008 Shurflo pump and has successfully replaced a missing pressure switch I used on my RV. No wiring is provided, the switch body only terminates with a plug, so you will need 12V (14-16 AWG) copper wire and a plug.
