These are the most comfortable and lightest cycling shoes I've ever worn. The fit (I wear "normal", size 11) is perfect. Feet change a bit from day to day and the ratchet adjustment system keeps both shoes snug but not too tight. This ensures reliable and noticeable power transmission when pedaling. I am very satisfied with my purchase and can only recommend this product!

I had a pair of smaller Sidi shoes for 15 years and although the adhesive on the velcro straps eventually failed I repaired them to keep as a spare pair. You refuse to die. Genius is aptly named. I had an older model that had small ratchets to pull the shoe tight but not over tight. On every ride I misadjusted one or more ratchets along the way. You give me the same ability. The upper is very supple and comfortable. They felt comfortable the first ride I took them on and I felt they put more power into the pedals. I've been wearing size 45 shoes for decades, no problem with different brands. There was noticeably more. To be honest I should have sent them back but didn't feel up for the hassle. For some reason when I ride them the soles of my feet feel pretty scratched - I put in insoles from old tennis shoes for cushioning and it helps, but does it really? I had original Sidi Genius shoes and two sets of their mtn cycling shoes. They are a perfect match for Sidi as expected; Easy to put on even while driving. Would highly recommend them to any cyclist; absolutely worth the investment.

The shoes fit great and look great. I installed the Speedplay pedals and the sole contour of the shoe was so perfect I didn't even need to use spacers. Very happy!

This is a huge investment that I have made before and am happy for the second time.

I've worn Specialized Body Geometry shoes for several years, but they always pinched my toes a little, and the Boa dials always seemed to slip a notch or two while riding. I hesitated. going back to using Boa clasps in my experience with Specialized shoes, but Boa dials on Sidi Genius shoes are so much better!
