🔔 Sierra 18-2750 Exhaust Bellows Review

Today installed on my 1985 Larson DC175 with our Alpha 1 Gen 1 drive. Fits perfectly, quality is great, only the clips were a bit big. I used smaller clips I had at the store. In addition to this great quality, it will have a follow-up view once it hits the water.

Good quality. I would not recommend using glue as it is almost impossible to glue. hardens/dries out before this bellows can be installed causing it to leak. I installed this without glue and it hasn't slipped off after removing it 3 times.

What a pathetic part to install. After playing around with it I thought I had it installed well. The next day I lifted the case and saw that one end had come loose. As if the bellows weren't long enough or stretched enough to accommodate the skin in its most upright position. I will install the newer " instead of the "pipe" version.

Nice and thick, but too hard. I installed TWICE with the factory bellows expander! Came out TWICE. There's too much tension in it, and if you raise it even a third, it works. Back to the factory part, even at more than double the price. Oil again. Acceleration again. Another new gasket. Another 4 hours of my life. Very disappointing.

The product was excellent. Avoid cement. Although the installation is really painful. Watch videos on YouTube; one for making your own cheap lever pin tool and one for removing the drivetrain. Also order a gasket as you will need to remove the drive unit. It wasn't really hard to take it off, but it's still difficult to put the hose on. Got a long 1/4" adapter and a cam to loosen the end, tighten the band clamp and a very long regular screwdriver. Don't forget to connect the speedo after this…
