terrible support! Best in Electronics and Gadgets

Easy to install, works well. Really too much information for my needs, but that's ok. I'm having trouble switching from bike 1 to bike 2. Instructions are hard to follow. I called customer service (the call is not toll free) and it's a tape advising me to call back later. I sent an email and never received a reply. I regret that I have now bought another brand. Tech support is terrible!

  • Great Design

Horrible instructions

I've read reviews that said the instructions were complicated, but I've owned at least five Sigma bike computers in the past and I didn't think those comments applied to me. It was wrong. I installed it on the bike and played with it for over an hour to get it to do what my old ones did. It will not work. Some features worked for me, but even when I gave up and started fresh, it didn't do what it was supposed to do. I took it off the bike and sent it back. I will try another brand. I'm doneโ€ฆ

Wireless BC with NFC for talking to app, ETA function and backlight

I like this product. I have three of these line 16.16 for my commuter, 14.16 for my MTB, 23.16 for my road. For all of this, I really like the NFC feature to relay trip information to my app. FYI, you can have up to 3 bikes on the app, although you can only have 2 on your speedometer. You can edit it in the app after downloading it. NFC is tricky but their videos really help. Yes, the manual is a maze, but I'm the kind of person who doesn't need a manual to set up a watch. Terrible guide, functional, accurate

This computer has two major problems. Directions are terrible. You are on a huge thin sheet folded like a map. The content is poorly organized and the languages are sometimes mixed or separated in random groups. Computer setup is a bit fiddly, but a breeze compared to some others like Cateye. As with many wireless devices, the sensor design is very fragile and difficult to stabilize. I attached it with two zippers in addition to the belt. The need for zip ties means that using it for multipleโ€ฆ

This is another great wireless cycle computer in the 2016 Sigma Topline range. I bought it as a second recumbent because it was in an open box for about $25. With the Sigma Data Center app, I can transfer travel data to my Android phone via NFC when I'm on the road. It later appears in the Sigma Data Center app on my Windows desktop. The data center stores tabs (distance, average pace and total ascents) for each ride and then presents me with weekly, monthly and yearly charts. And the BC 16.16โ€ฆ
