Exactly as promised by the manufacturer, high quality.

I purchased one used for 7000. My camera is an Olympus E-PL7. never had regrets. As my only autofocus lens at the moment, it serves as my primary workhorse. Never failed in the entire period of operation. Worth the cash, I advise!

Pros
  • High sharpness, accurate color reproduction, a lovely pattern, strong backlight retention, no chromate, and minimal distortion are some of the excellent optical attributes. Outstanding design. superior workmanship and materials. low price.
Cons
  • There is obvious distortion in the frame's corners. The lens block hangs within the case while the power is off, which is very unsettling for it. It is challenging to shoot in cold weather, especially when wearing gloves, because the focus ring is neither rubberized nor corrugated.

Excellent product, the best quality.

I use it as a substitute for the complicated lens with my Olympus OM-D 10M II camera. In general, I could not be happier with the results, as the photographs are exquisite. An excellent choice for use as a basic lens. I would suggest it! Pros: Outstanding optical performance at a very reasonable price. Excellent crispness over the entirety of the frame. Compact and quite light in weight. Excellent for general use in the great outdoors. When it comes to focusing, this lens is quite quick. When…

I did not regret the purchase, everything is fine.

My Olympus 10 Mark III is on. I hoped it would be a respectable substitute for the whale 14-42 / 3.5-5.6. The replacement made sense for photos. No, not for video recording. Focus moves around on foot and leaps to various objects. It's obviously not good for the smoothness of recording to constantly give target designation with your finger on the camera display. attempts to focus again on a cherished subject. Nearly none of these issues exist with the whale Olympus. The Olympus 45 / 1.8 lens…

Pros
  • Small, light, lens hood is included, and the photographs have lovely hues.
Cons
  • Incompatible with using contrast autofocus on video cameras.

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Excellent glass that is both more affordable and of higher quality than the Olympus 17/1.8 for photography both inside and outside. The optical characteristics receive a 4 out of 5. There is no disgust in the drawing. Workhorse. Superior to the decent Panasonic H-FS014042E 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 set by a wide margin. There isn't any other option for the money. For those who enjoy viewing pixels at 100% across the frame, Panasonic's 20 mm lens is superior but costs two to three times as much.

Pros
  • The level of quality is in line with predictions and assessments. blend integrated. Soft carrying case with carrying frame for storage. compact and light.
Cons
  • The sigma cover is inconvenient as usual. The front lens protrudes somewhat; it is best to avoid removing the hood or adding a protective filter. edges of open holes with soap, yet it is bearable.

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Photo taken on Olympus 10 Mac 2 . Everything suits when photographing general plans, ACTUALLY NOT RULES, I set all the settings on the camera.

Pros
  • Draws beautifully, price, aperture, metal, lens hood hard.
Cons
  • The distance slider on the lens slightly wedges in winter (when focusing manually). On the smooth surface of the focusing ring, the Sigma 19 mm F2,8 fix put on silicone rubber, which teenagers and adults wear on their wrists, dressed perfectly. Focusing is convenient.

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I liked everything, it works well both in the photo and in the video. In Video mode in a dark room, it shoots pretty well. Photo images taken in the hall on lumix g6 with this lens Sample video from lumix g6 shot with this lens in the hall

Pros
  • Price, aluminum body, nice focus ring. Normal luminosity. Perfect fit for Lumix g6!
Cons
  • Lenses rattle when turned off, but this is probably just a feature.

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

In general, a good lens to replace the whale Olympus 14-42. If you shoot during the day and need an inexpensive lens with fast autofocus, then this sigma is better than the Lumix 20/1.7ii. If you need maximumcommpactness, sharpness and aperture, then the Lumix 20 / 1.7ii is better. Several photos at the link:

Pros
  • 1. The lens is sharper than the whale lens, has more aperture. 2. 19mm universal focal length (38mm equivalent). 3. The picture is obtained with good contrast and colors, HA are hardly noticeable. 4. Focuses much faster and quieter than the Lumix 20/1.7ii pancake. 5. There is a case and a hood included. Comfortable grip with a hood on. 6. Costs moderate money relative to Lumix 20/1.7ii.
Cons
  • 1. The lens is quite large in size. The same Sigma 30 / 2.8 is more compact. 2. The camera with this lens turns on slowly. Turning on takes 3 seconds, which is not the case with other lenses. 3. In the off state, it rattles the insides (like the rest of the sigma). 4. The front lens is convex - if there is no lens hood, it is easy to scratch it. 5. The picture is less sharp than with Lumix 20/1.7ii. Especially noticeable at the edges of the frame. 6. The focal length of 19mm at f/2.8 does not allow you to shoot portraits with bokeh. 7. The focus ring is easy to scroll by itself. 8. The lens is rare on the secondary, unlike Sigma 30 / 2.8.
