Yes, they are good. For the price, the noise canceling is ok, the sound quality is good. I use mine every day and it's a spare pair in case my current set ever breaks as I managed to drop my first set on the tile floor and break them. I would have rated them higher if I hadn't received a postcard trying to purchase a review from me.

Aside from perhaps a slightly shorter battery life between charges, these headphones are almost identical to those that cost more than double the price. The biggest hazard of using it is to be very careful when plugging in the narrow end of the charging cable. It's very easy to "crush" the fragile internals if you turn it over or try to force it. I use mine to listen to music videos on my laptop while others in the same room watch TV. Easy Bluetooth connection.

Minimal latency, decent sound quality and comfort. Appears to be a quality headset. Sits comfortably on the head and ears, easy to adjust. Great bass and mids but lacks treble, especially when it comes to noise-cancellation. Powerful sound - too powerful for loudspeakers. The bass gets clipped from time to time and it squeaks, it's been happening since day one. I turned down the volume to make this happen less often.
