Mine is already 60% full and working

The best way to authenticate a MicroSD card (or any other type) is to refill it and use it when its capacity exceeds 50%. . This card works fine, as does my 256GB silicon power card. "Too Cheap To Be Real" cards are low capacity cards that lie about being huge, so filling them up will reveal the lie. Both of my Silicon Power cards are genuine.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Insecure

It's the best in computer accessories and peripherals

I was so excited about this microSDXC card and it finally arrived today! Unfortunately, hours after opening it and pasting it into my new Switch, it becomes unreadable at all and gives me the dreaded "Error Code: 2016-0641". What a waste. I even connected it to the adapter and tried it on 3 different computers; Nobody recognized the SD card. The map is just stupid, simple and clear.

Pros
  • Looks great
Cons
  • Almost everything is included

Inaccurate size and speed

Received a 512GB version of the card for use in a Raspberry Pi game machine. After several hours of waiting for the image to trigger, I started having resizing issues on the first launch. It turns out that the card has a lot of GB less than 512 GB. It formats up to 463GB/497GB. Also, when testing sequential writes, I couldn't get speeds above 40MB/s, which is half of what's advertised. I don't know if I got a defective card or if Silicon Power just sells junk that doesn't match their ad.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Update available

Price, Performance, Responsibility A+

Only use SP Micro SD cards unless I'm shopping in person. Wish stores did sell them, but that would lead to more fakes like other top brands that have been hit or miss even at Revain. My gaming systems run about 8 micro SD cards from 128GB to 512GB filled with GB of extra content etc currently for gaming. Good price, writing speed is good and fair as long as there are no errors or lost files, and reading speed is okay. There's no lag like other top brands I've used so that's a plus.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Price, performance, liability A+

Only use SP micro SD cards if I'm not personally buying from a store. Wish stores did sell them, but that would lead to more fakes like other top brands that have been hit or miss even at Revain. Cons
  • Exorbitant price

The card was damaged after about a week in rotation

Update: I received a replacement. Online shop. After a while (maybe 10-20 minutes) the download process stopped. After checking the download status, the switch gave me an error message saying the data is corrupt and I should try to restart the download. For testing I used the smallest game I had and couldn't complete the download. After that, the switch had trouble connecting the SD card and couldn't reformat it even if it was able to install it. Unlike the first card I got, I could installโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Micro SD cards
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
