I put them in a tall container and put the popsicle mix in 2c. Pour a measuring cup to fill them. Leave about half an inch on top for expansion when frozen. When they arrived one of them was split on the side. I sent back and received another package which was in excellent condition. I've filled them with smoothies for after school snacks for my 2, 5, and 8 year olds. The fact that the lids are attached makes it easy to find and attach the top.
