Use different colors for different tastes as they absorb the taste. For example, we use red for spicy, blue for meat, and white for sweet.

As the seals age, they retain spicy odors from food. They come handy to prevent food/odor 'cross-contamination'. I make a lot of Greek yogurt and use one of these rings for exactly that purpose.

We ordered these because we felt it was good to have extra accessories on hand. They fit into the Instantpot lid but are not completely sealed. Both times I used the pan with one of these gaskets. Steam escapes between the pot and the lid. Will have to return.

I ordered these for a Nuwave pressure cooker. Suitable, but not always tight. This relieves the fig significantly. It looks like rubber expands when heated, causing it to weaken and lose pressure. This works for most dishes, so that's what I'm dealing with.

So far. so good. They fit well but actually help with the cooking as nothing is guaranteed to come out of it. Rinsing in the dishwasher is the only way out. Soaking takes too long and they seem to smell a bit anyway. I use a specific color with specific types of products. It's more likely that I didn't clean it properly, to be honest

To be honest they are better than what was initially offered by pressure cooker manufacturers. I love that they are color coded, I can use them for veggies, seafood and meat but they don't retain any flavors or smells even after a lot of use. Durable and will not deform. Great price for a long term purchase. . Definitely an everyday item in our kitchen. We ended up buying two sets.
