This is a great solution for those who bake like a chef, it's eco-friendly in terms of the fact that you can use it over and over again. Stop buying parchment paper and buy 4 or 5 if you bake often - you'll thank me later.

I love how these mats distribute heat and cook my food evenly. They also protect my food from soaking up aluminum in my pans. Friends tell me they get greasy/sticky over time but I plan on peeling them off. This small inconvenience does not outweigh its performance.

This product is MUCH better than all Chinese fakes. I bought similar baking mats from Revain a few years ago. The immediate problem was stain creeping from the edges onto the mats. These imported mats were cut after being formed but failed to seal the edges, exposing the fiber mat all around. Over time, the silicone has failed and no longer releases burnt food, etc., even when rubbing.
