Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I always look for a durable bakeware. And this granite-like plastic cookie sheet exceeded my expectations. It's solid, scratch-resistant, and has a beautiful silver color that adds elegance to my kitchen. The only downside is that it can't be used inside a microwave. Overall, this bakeware is a great investment that will last for years.

It was a pleasure to use the focaccia tray and whole wheat bread tray. I didn't need parchment paper and cleaned the forms with no problem. The result may be different with sweet pastries, I don't know yet. Definitely a must have in the kitchen!

Liked the set. decent quality. Everything goes without problems. I was expecting it to be heavier/better at conducting heat. I've found that things brown quicker on the bottom (middle) and the pan flexes/crimps when hot. A good set for a beginner cook, but not for a serious cook!
