This dimensional measurement tool claims to be sturdy and reliable, but in reality, it falls short in accuracy. The design is basic and does not have the precision necessary for scientific or engineering applications. While it may be suitable for occasional use around the workshop, this product is not a dependable option for serious industrial and scientific work.

Excellent quality device, unfortunately it came too late for the project I bought it for. It's still a good sensor and I will use it in the future.

The wood has imperfections with some nicks and cracks, brass is of average quality, brass does not fit very well - gaps between brass and wood, brass is not flush with the wood surface. It's expensive for what you get. I have another sensor that is much better quality for the same price.
