This thing works the same as turning it on and reset my desktop machine. My tower sits in a hard-to-reach place, and when I'm overclocking and tweaking boot settings, this thing saves me a lot of time crawling under my large hobby/office desk to manually long-press/hold the POWER button. I STRONGLY recommend this if you have a remote (get it?) saved desktop.

Bought over a year ago and finally got it running. I just built a new Ryzen system and it's a PC in my bedroom. So with the remote control I can turn on the computer without having to walk across the room to the PC itself. Only connected the POWER SWITCH, not the RESET. Very easy to install.
