Great Heat Lamp for My Reptile!

Based on my experience with this heat lamp, I highly recommend it for anyone in need of pet supplies for their reptiles or amphibians. The ceramic emitter provides a reliable and consistent source of heat, keeping my pet comfortable even on cooler days. The lamp is easy to set up and adjust, and the durable construction ensures it will last for many uses. The only downside is that it does not come with a dimmer switch, but that is a minor inconvenience. Overall, I am very satisfied with thisโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to install and use
Cons
  • Does not emit UVB, which is necessary for the synthesis of vitamin D3 in reptiles

25W enough for heat lamps

The 25W item is perfect for my leopard gecko's 10 gallon aquarium. It keeps the warm-up range around 86 degrees. I also put a small heating pad at the bottom of the tank that I turn on when the temperature in the house drops. I always leave the ceramic element on and only use the heating pad occasionally.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Safety

Ideal low wattage supplemental heater (25w)

I bought a 25w heater for my 10g Pac Man terrarium. Incubator storage makes it easy to keep the terrarium at 80-81ยฐF. I set up a day/night timer that works great. Keep in mind that the extra heat will dry out the substrate much faster, which means a lot more spraying is required. A humidifier or an automatic nebulizer is hardly needed.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Exchange available
